The Story Behind Espresso<\/h2>\n

Christian was a senior in his second to last semester of college when he faced the daunting reality of job searching. Two Google searches changed everything:<\/p>\n

1. How many applications does it take to land a job in 2025?<\/h4>\n

The answer: 100-200 on average, with some job seekers applying to 1000+ jobs before receiving an offer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2. How long does it take to tailor each resume?<\/h4>\n

The answer: 15 minutes to 1+ hours per application.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The math was staggering. Best case: 25 hours of resume tailoring. Worst case: literally months of work before even getting to interview preparation.<\/p>\n

After testing existing solutions and finding them inadequate \u2014 complicated interfaces, template decision paralysis, tab-switching workflows \u2014 Christian decided to build the tool he wished existed.<\/p>\n
